(Cost of new appliance is not included)

• Test & inspect existing circuit

• Miscellaneous parts

Are there additional costs?

Replace additional appliances @ £40 each

Waste disposal of old appliance if required £5 - £20 depending on size & quantity.

 

Sometimes an existing appliance may have been installed in a manner that does not comply with regulations and it may not be legal to install your new appliance until the issues has been resolved.  If this is the case, I will advise you of the situation and provide you with a fixed quotation for you to consider.

You will never incur additional costs without first knowing exactly how much they will be and specifically agreeing to them.

NOTE:

Sometimes, construction work needs to be undertaken at additional cost in order to securely fix or install a new appliance.  Common issues encountered include...

• Strengthening of walls or ceilings (for secure fixing)

• Plumbing alterations (for different shower units)

• Worktop cut-out alterations (for different hobs)

• Ventilation alterations (for extractor fans or cooker hoods)

 

Where this is the case, I will advise you what needs to be done and whether or not a separate trades person is required to do the additional work.
