What I will do...
Make contact with your tenant to arrange a suitable appointment (or confirm with them if booked online).

Collect and return management keys for access to the property if required or agreed with the tenant.
Carry out any necessary work within agreed budgets.

Provide detailed descriptions and fixed price quotations if more extensive work is required beyond agreed budgets.
​
Invoice you directly and provide any necessary certificates for work completed.
​
What's Included in the Site-Visit Charge?

Are there additional costs?
The cost of any materials used (except miscellaneous parts) will be added to the site-visit charge up to our agreed budget. See costs here >

If more extensive work is required, I will contact you to explain what's needed and provide a fixed price quotation for you to consider.

You will never be invoiced for work above our agreed budget without first specifically agreeing to it.
EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)
I offer EICRs at a fixed price depending on the size of the property and on the basis that the property is vacant during testing.
