Service Description

This service will identify the cause of tripping problems or parts of your system that have either stopped working or do not work as intended. If the problem is caused by a simple issue such as a loose connection, we will correct the fault. Otherwise, the affected part of the system will be disconnected so that all other parts of the system can be re-energised and continue to work as normal. We will then advise you of the work and likely costs involved to permanently resolve the issue. Included: Diagnosis of the fault. Correction of simple issues (such as remaking bad connections). Safe isolation of fault (if required). Requirements: Clear unhindered access to the main consumer unit/fuse box. Clear unhindered access to any affected electrical accessories. (e.g. sockets, switches etc). Electrical supply to the property may need to be fully disconnected during testing procedures. Not Included: Replacement of faulty cabling or accessories. Modification/upgrading of the existing electrical system. Waste disposal if applicable.
